International Food and Facilities Management services major Sodexo has announced that it has signed a binding agreement to acquire the Radhakrishna Hospitality Services Group (RKHS), a leading provider of Food and Facilities Management services in India.
Completion of this transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. The parties have indicated that they expect to close the transaction before the summer of 2009.
Mr Raju Shete, Chairman and MD, RKHS will become non executive Chairman of the combined entity.
