Rawat Furniture ties up with Hettich

Henceforth, Rawat-Hettich branded hardware and accessories will be used in all furniture manufactured by RBFPL, said a press release issued by the company.

In 1930, the next generation took the enterprising decision to set up a new company in east Westphalia, even then a centre of furniture manufacturing in Germany. Since 1966, company headquarters have been in Kirchlengern.

The Hettich Group employs around 5800 people worldwide and generates annual turnover of over 777 million euros. It’s customers include furniture manufacturers, artisan producers, fittings dealers and DIY and home improvement stores. With 36 subsidiaries and customers in more than 100 countries, it has production facilities in North and South America, Europe and Asia.

Rawat Brothers Group has been in existence for the last 3 decades in the field of retail, real estate development and furniture manufacturing.

It has a manufacturing unit at Kelwade on Pune-Satara Road in Maharashtra. The company plans to start 200 franchises in the country in the next two years, said Pramod Rawat, director, RBFPL.

The company also announced the launch of ‘Freedom’, which it claims to be the first online solution for furniture designing.

Consumer can log on to ‘Freedom’, design their homes with the furniture, colour schemes and get an estimate for their online orders. In addition, it will offer an online product and design library, and customers can also opt to design their own furniture.
