ACI & Agility DGS bags DDGM contract

Missouri-based Accent Controls Inc. (ACI) and Washington’s Agility Defense & Government Services (DGS) have been awarded the contract to manage the Defense Distribution Depot Guam, Marianas (DDGM).

The five-year contract, worth $17 million, was given by the Defense Distribution Centre based in Pennsylvania. DDGM is one of 25 US Department of Defense distribution centers worldwide.

According to the agreement, ACI will provide program management and ISO certification in quality, safety and environmental protection. Agility DGS will act as a subcontractor by providing warehousing and distribution services.

Agility DGS is the public sector arm of Agility Logistics and runs the Defense Distribution Center, Kuwait Southwest Asia (DDKS). Accent Controls, Inc. is a systems integration firm.
